How Our Free Revision Process Works

We understand that design is a process. Sometimes preferences change or you just need to see your design to know what  you like and don't like. After receiving your deliverable, you have the option to order a FREE comprehensive design revision. 

 Our goal is that you walk away feeling empowered to make informed decisions about your home’s exterior. We realize that sometimes preferences change or you just need to see your design to know what you like and don’t like.  After receiving your deliverable, you have the option to order a free comprehensive design revision. After this option, you may request paid revisions.

If we missed the mark on your style or misinterpreted a detail on your submission, we want you to use this free revision process to ensure we get it right! Your Design Project Manager is also available to review your design feedback or hop on a call (or Zoom) to discuss likes and dislikes. We want to understand your revision goals.

How do I submit my free revision request?

When your design is completed, we will notify you via email. The email will include a link to your Design Review Page where you can download all design files and submit your Free Revision. You can also reach out to your Design Project Manager or send us a message if you would like to discuss your free revision or have any additional questions. Even if we connect via phone or email regarding your revision, we do request that YOU FILL OUT YOUR FREE REVISION FORM to ensure our system can track your request.

How long does a revision take?

Once we have all the information needed from you we will begin your revision. Timing varies depending on what needs changed.  We don’t rush through the revision process. This is your home and we always make intentional, thoughtful decisions whether this is your initial design or revision. However, we understand sometimes timing is critical. We value your time so please let your project manager know if you have a deadline.

You may need time to gather feedback on your design. We ask that you submit your free design revision request within 3 months of receiving your deliverable. If you need more time please let your project manager know and we will accommodate your request.

About Your Free Design Revision

Your free revision can include elements of the design that you would like to see changed from the first design deliverable.

  • House Number/ Accessories
  • Shutter style or color

  • Hardscape including Driveway or Walkways
